Coffee Creek Studio ~ Indianapolis Wedding Photographer

I had a great day photographing Marguerite and Cody’s early June wedding. The sun was shining, and these two couldn’t wait to say their vows. Coffee Creek Ridge looked spectacular for the backdrop of a day to celebrate the love of this special couple.

The bride and groom decided to do a first look, and were ecstatic to see one another. Both Marguerite and Cody were so comfortable in front of the camera, and I have so many beautiful poses of just the two of them it was hard to pick out which ones I liked best for their blog.

I had a great time with the family and friends of the bride and groom as well. Both sets of parents were fantastic and overjoyed at the union taking place between their children. The wedding ceremony was incredibly touching and I’m sure at times there was not a dry eye in the audience.

The reception was such fun! The couple decided to do a sweetheart’s table so they could have some moments shared at the reception… just the two of them. I loved that they made speeches too, so they could thank their guests for being a part of their wedding day.

At one point during the reception the bride and groom played a game where they took off their shoes and held one shoe of each. They then were asked questions about things that happen in their life and answered whether they thought the groom did or thought that certain thing or the bride. This game always leads to a LOT of laughter!
