Coffee Creek Studio ~ Newborn Photography

Baby boy number two for this adorable family, and newborn Clay seems to be fitting right in. His big brother was beaming with pride when they all came into my studio for Clay’s newborn session. Baby boy was such a little chunk and his family may know what color eyes he has but I sure don’t. He was so sleepy, but we got all the good poses, so sleep away little man!

When we were doing the poses on the blanket, baby boy was so good and didn’t mind the posing whether he was wrapped up or not. He was so comfortable in the wrapped up position, however, that when I took him out of the wrap and tucked him under the blanket, his little feet stayed curled up and you could see his toes through the blanket.

Mama loved neutrals and this was a natural newborn session so we incorporated a lot of white and cream! I did work in some dark blue, and I had to add a black and white image of that pose. I love how the dark blue looks when turned black and white. This little newborn liked all the props and just kept snoozing.

The family portion of Clay’s newborn session was so fun. His big brother was next level smiley. He loved his Daddy and had a great time posing with his new little brother. I think Clay is going to have a best friend for life. Being a Mom of boys is so special and this Mama seems to have eased right into it. These baby boys are the spitting image of their Dad! Everyone was all smiles except for baby Clay who was all snores.

Check out just a few of my favorite images from Clay’s newborn session gallery, and my warmest congratulations to Clay’s wonderful family.
