Coffee Creek Studio ~ Newborn Photography

Baby girl! Is there anything better than chunky baby arms and chunky baby legs? I’m not sure, but they were some of my favorite things during Miss Vivian’s newborn session at my studio. This cute little thing brought in Mom, Dad, and big brother with her to the studio. They were perfection in front of my camera!

Big brother held his sister so carefully when we were doing sibling poses, I could not get enough of it. He was gentle and protective and beyond excited to be able to take pictures with his little sister. She stayed sleepy the whole time because he knew to be quiet and sweet when they were next to each other. One of the sweetest toddlers I’ve ever met.

I know Mom loved having a boy first, but was ready for all things girly, so we did plenty of flowers and pastels. I used a light blue floral wrap with big pink flowers on it that I have a matching headband to go with. I loved the way those images turned out. She looked fresh from the garden in a peach colored flower crown and matching wrap, and her little arm rolls were so yummy!

Sometimes bigger babies aren’t as easy to manipulate into poses in props, but baby girl Vivian loved being in every prop pose I put her in. I broke out all the flowers from my store of props and she was just as sleepy as can be for every one of them. Check out all the girly-ness below!
