Coffee Creek Studio ~ Newborn Photographer

For this session, Mom and Grandma came in with newborn baby girl Julia, and I just felt I had to get a couple of poses with all three generations of these beautiful ladies. Looking at the images of Grandma kissing her daughter, who is snuggled up to her granddaughter just brings me to tears. What a special moment to have captured forever. We also did a profile pose of Mama kissing her newborn baby girl that was pure love.

When it was time to get to baby girl’s solo part of her newborn session, she was the happiest, chunkiest little newborn baby girl. As a part of my “baby details” her little back rolls deserved a close up of their own!

One of my favorite headbands is a green and purple succulent crown like headband. I have a wreath with green leaves and purple flowers too, so I decided to do a prop shot to incorporate those colors. I wrapped baby girl Julia up in a deep purple wrap, and placed her on fluffy green cotton in one of my wood prop bowls. I love succulents so much and I thought this set up complimented the headband just right! Its definitely one of my favorites from the gallery.

I have a newborn baby girl outfit I just love as well. I normally pair it with a headband, but I have a bonnet that looks great with it too. I used my little fluffy soft chair and Miss Julia settled into the chair and gave me the biggest smile! Isn’t it great when it all just comes together?
