Coffee Creek Studio ~ Indianapolis Newborn Photographer

There is nothing sweeter than the love between mothers and sons, and this mama now has that love times two! Mom, Dad, and big brother brought in newborn baby boy Nathan to my studio for his newborn session and he was just as cute as can be. Big brother is just a tiny tot himself, so we got sibling and family poses done quickly. Big brother wasn’t sure about posing with the baby, but we made him giggle, and he laid perfectly next to his little brother on my fluffy rug. I also photographed him as a newborn so this was so fun to meet his new baby brother. My favorite image of the two of them was when Big brother was laughing and didn’t move his head but looked over at newborn Nathan with just his eyes. It is a fantastic picture!

Mom and Dad had brought in some ninja turtle props and even a mask to put on baby Nathan. It was such a cute little set up. They also brought in some little farm equipment toys, so I snuggled Nathan into a metal bucket and the toys looked like they fit right in beside him. I decided to stick with the rustic theme, and in one of our prop poses used a little vintage metal wagon I have. Baby boy fit perfectly on top!

Newborns loved to be wrapped up so we did a few poses of baby Nathan on a beautiful blue blanket with a matching wrap I have. Wrapped as he was, baby boy woke up and raised one eyebrow very high while looking at my camera. Clearly he was thinking, “and who are you?” One of the best newborn faces I’ve ever captured!
