Indianapolis Wedding Photographer ~ Coffee Creek Studio

Stephen and Sara’s wedding ceremony was at our brand new additional ceremony location at Coffee Creek Ridge. This past wedding season was a sweltering one and it seemed like every single wedding people were sitting during the ceremony sweating in the heat. Thankfully our new location for ceremonies at Coffee Creek Ridge is a great option in the shade! I can’t tell you how the guests appreciated the shade on this hot day. I’m not going to lie, it was not unwelcome for me either. We had a theory that it was only 90 degrees on wedding days last year haha.

Stephen and Sarah were a total blast. You know a bride is fun and relaxed when she’s happy for her groom and the groomsmen to wear jeans! Sarah made the casual and fancy parts of her wedding blend so seamlessly. We always think of wedding days as such happy days, which they are, but often times they are bittersweet for many people. Sadly, Sarah’s Dad passed away before he could walk her down the aisle. She kept him in her heart and in every part of her wedding day though, and had a special patch for him on her dress so he was always with her. This couple was surrounded by the most wonderful people and I love that we could feel their love.

The whole day was magical and I know it was just the first of a great deal of magical days as husband and wife. Best wishes Stephen and Sarah! Thank you for choosing me to be a part of your day!
