Indianapolis Newborn Photographer ~ Coffee Creek Studio

All of my sessions are special in their own way, but Fresh 48 is at the top of the list for me. There is nothing like the first time you meet your baby. Those first few days your heart is just bursting with joy and love. Photographing the awe and love that everyone- mom, dad, siblings- have while looking at this new little life is something truly special. I love how his Daddy already had his name tattooed on his arm!

I knew Milo would be precious because I already did his older sister’s newborn session and she was as cute as could be! I have been fortunate enough to capture so many memories for this family. I even did his Mommy’s senior photos!!  Vada was so gentle and in love with her tiny baby brother. Posing her with newborn Milo was one of my all time favorite sibling poses during a Fresh 48!  When Vada was peaking over the side of the bassinet in the hospital, it was like she was discovering one of the greatest parts of life. She was a perfect model.

Mom and Milo were matching! It was so representative of the bond between mother and son. Her green and black stripped cardigan and his sleepy cap and wrap from Milkmaid Goods were perfect.

Another wonderful part about Fresh 48 sessions is how you get to capture the tiny newborn details that start to change so quickly. Even by the time they are a couple of weeks old and in the studio, babies look different. It is so special to capture those fleeting moments.
