Coffee Creek Studio ~ Newborn Photographer

Newborn baby girl Annika came to my studio for her newborn debut and brought Mom, Dad, and sis along with her. How lucky to be blessed two times with such beautiful little angel girls? Annika already has a fierce protector and friend in her big sister. For the sibling shots she hardly needed to be told to kiss her little baby on the head and show her some love. I don’t think Dad’s smile could have gotten any wider when he was holding his newborn daughter and his big girl too in the family poses.

The whole family came in wearing white, so we wrapped up baby girl Annika in a thin white wrap and gave her a dainty headband with pearls on it. The simplicity of these pictures is where the beauty lies.

For her colors they wanted to use baby pinks and baby blues, so we did a lot of soft colors for props and for posing. It is always fun to do something a little different so we also did the “stork pose”. Newborn Annika was a total champ for that pose, and I think the wrap holding her is perfectly put together. I did some soft pastel blues in my wire basket. Then to tie the colors together, I used one of my floral blankets that is light blue with pink roses on it.

I hope you enjoy a look at this tiny little baby’s big debut!
