Little baby girl Claire and I had a great time during her newborn session at my studio. She was born to be in front of my camera! I used quite a few of my deeper colors on her and baby girl looked beautiful.

Baby girl looked great in lighter colors as well, and you know I had to use my neutrals too! Just like every snowflake is unique, Claire looked like a unique brand of perfect on my white knit blanket with matching wrap. We also used some creams in my beach worn mint bucket. I have a headband from The Indy Cottage that matches it perfectly! I especially loved the pose in the bucket where I tilted her head just slightly and put her hand under her chin. I think that makes babies look like they’ve just fallen asleep, and we all know how cute babies are as they are falling asleep!

Mama said she liked all things girly and requested purple! I love the contrast between the matching purple wrap and bonnet and the Flokati. Baby girl was so sweet in my peach flower head band and on my peach stretchy blanket. She even grasped the edges with her pudgy little hands just like I wanted her to.

I love the white bowl with white cotton fluff and how baby girl looked like she was floating on a cloud. I’m so glad I got to meet this sweet baby girl and be a part of welcoming her into this world.
